1. Place the wings into a large bowl.

2. Sprinkle over the ‘Dry Wing Seasoning pouch’ and toss well with a spoon. Leave for a few minutes so the coating can absorb.

3. Drizzle over 2 tablespoons of sunflower or vegetable oil and toss again until evenly coated.

4. Cook using your preferred method:

Air Fry
Preheat to 200°C. Cook for 20–35* minutes, turning every 10 minutes until crispy.

Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place wings on a wire rack at the top of the oven and cook for 20–30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until crispy.

Deep Fry
Fry at 190°C for 7–9 minutes until golden and crispy.

5. Transfer to a large bowl. Smother in the Wing sauce and toss to coat — or keep it classy and serve with the dipping sauce or gravy on the side.

6. Plate up, sprinkle over the Garnish sachet, and enjoy.

*Single layer of wings in an air-fryer: 20-25 minutes. Double layer of wings in an air-fryer: 30-35 minutes (depends on make and method)
